 Dorarena E. Smith, President

Founder of WOW!-(Women of Wisdom, Inc.) She is an Encourager, Mentor, Administrator, Public-Speaker, Counselor and graduate of Global University. After leaving the workforce in 1994, she became a stay home wife and mother. She continues to develop her skills as a  volunteer in various capacities. Her specific assignment and  purpose in life is to help women and those entering  womanhood (teen-girls) to develop in wisdom, make better choices, to train-up leaders and provide a platform for  leaders/professionals to share their life experiences. She has  been mentoring and counseling women for over 20yrs. 

 She enjoys writing songs, skits, choreographing and reading.  She values her time with her family and especially with her  husband. Dorarena and her husband Mark been married for over 25 yrs and have eight adult children and eighteen grandchildren.

Allison Cunningham, Secretary

She is the Owner/Director of Early Childhood Professionals Training Institute located in Omaha, Nebraska. Allison has over 20 years of experience teaching adults in professional workshops, community college, and university settings. She has written 25 early childhood workshops for family child care home providers, child care center directors, and staff. Allison has also served the early childhood community while working for the past 10 years with the federally funded Child and Adult Care Food Program. She has led a non-profit CACFP sponsoring organization, AnSo Child Development, as Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and currently serves as Program Consultant. Allison received her degree as an Education Specialist from Liberty University, and her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In 2014, she became an approved Nebraska Department of Education trainer of child care license required safety and management training courses.

Her love for teaching others has inspired her to change the lives of many women and children over the years. Allison has been married to her husband Darryl for 36yrs. and they have two adult daughters, one teenage son and 4 beautiful grandchildren.

Marilyn M. McGary, Treasurer

A native of Omaha, Nurse, Entrepreneur, Mentor, and Leader. Her purpose in life is to give back to others as much as she has received; through mentorship and helping others reach their God-given potential. Described as a no nonsense leader, she possesses extensive experience serving as Director of Operations, Health Services, Development, and Board Member of Community Health Centers, Administrator for several Home Health Care Agencies, President/CEO of nonprofit community-based organization, Public Health Official for the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, and Registered Nurse in a variety of roles  and settings.  Marilyn has two nursing degrees, Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN), and a graduate degree of Master of Science in Health Care Administration (MS-HCA). She is also a licensed and ordained minister.

She is married to her high school sweetheart Phillip, a mother of five adult children, Dawn, Phillip Jr., Brandon, Tiffany, and Sean; blessed with 25 grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
